To subscribe to an Internet calendar from a link:
From either an email message or a website, click the Internet calendar link. The Subscribe to Calendar window is displayed.
For most Internet calendars, the Location and Folder Name fields are pre-populated.
If the Folder Name field is not pre-populated, type the name of the folder.
In the Update Frequency drop-down list, select how often you want the calendar contents to be updated.
Click Subscribe.
