Problem: E-mail is downloaded to the server but it is not delivered to the corporate or personal mailboxes.
Possible Cause: The Internet Agent is not running.
Action: At the server console, enter gwia to start the Internet Agent.
Possible Cause: The Internet Agent is not set up correctly.
Action: If the SMTP relay line on the PFA text console screen does not show your domain name, check the foreign ID on the Internet Agent object. (See Handling Multiple Domain Names). If you need to change the domain name information on the Internet Agent object, restart the PFA afterwards.
