Remote Server Management (RConsoleJ)

RConsoleJ lets you use a network workstation to control and manage a remote NetWare server. You can lock servers in a safe place, remove keyboards and monitors, and then start a remote control session from a workstation whenever you need to access a server's console.

The RConsoleJ interface.

For more information, see the Remote Server Management for NetWare Administration Guide for OES in the OES NetWare 6.5 online documentation.

To access RConsoleJ from a client workstation, map a drive letter to the Small Business server and run rconj.exe stored in the volume:\public\mgmt\consoleone\1.2 directory.

When prompted, enter your server's IP address or DNS name (with no leading http or https) and your administrator password, and then click Connect.
