Explanation: The data on the disk is corrupted or unreadable.

Action: A confirmation question will follow this message. Choosing to fix the volume definition table will destroy the invalid entries. If you think that valid data exists on the volumes in question, do not fix the table. See Disk Errors in the Server Operating System Administration Guide.
