Action:  The system console screen should indicate the cause of CLIB not being loaded. Examine this screen to determine the necessary steps for resolving the conflict. If the problem is due to insufficient memory, increase the memory available to the server. See Freeing Server Memory Temporarily in the Server Operating System Administration Guide. If the problem persists, contact a Novell support provider.
